SECTORAL AND COMMERCIAL

DUE DILIGENCE

Assessing the potential growth of a company that an investment company wishes to take over is a complex process that involves risks.
Our deep knowledge of each sector allows us to check, among other facts, that the company’s business plan is realistic, sustainable and matches the profitability and return goals set by the investment company.
At present, interimTalentia provides several Spanish and international Private Equity funds with advice on their takeovers and the search for investment opportunities.
